Introduction

General Terms
This Policy is to be read in conjunction with and shall be deemed to be part of the Company's Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The User Information resides in the Company's database for a certain period of time even after the user ceases to use or access the Company and in such cases the Company is not liable for any usage of the User Information after the user ceases to use or access the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of this Policy shall be governed by Indian Law and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
