Introduction

This privacy policy ("Policy") sets out the manner in which Onecap Technologies Private Limited, a private company having its registered office at WeWork Prestige Cube, Site No. 26, Laskar Hosur Road, Adugodi, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560030 or its affiliates ("Company", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, maintains and shares information about You ("User" or "You" or "Your") through online interfaces (e.g. mobile applications, website) owned and controlled by the Company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites or applications that may be linked to any of our platforms and/or data or information collected by any person or entity that is not under the Company's control.

Users are requested to read and understand the Policy very carefully before using or accessing the Company. Through this Policy, the Company intends to convey the manner in which the user's information is collated and used by the Company while providing the services of the Company. This Policy is binding on every user of the Company and users who do not agree with the terms of this Policy should not use or access the Company.

The Company endeavours to take all measures to protect the security, integrity and confidentiality of the User Information against unauthorized breach and hacking. For the purpose of checking possible vulnerabilities and attacks, the Company may conduct periodical internal review of data and security measures on the Company. The Company may use such software as it determines is best for maintaining security. However the internet is not absolutely a secure environment, and the Company cannot ensure or warrant a 100% security of the User Information.

General Terms

This Policy is to be read in conjunction with and shall be deemed to be part of the Company's Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The User Information resides in the Company's database for a certain period of time even after the user ceases to use or access the Company and in such cases the Company is not liable for any usage of the User Information after the user ceases to use or access the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions of this Policy shall be governed by Indian Law and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
